This year will be no exception as the two-time champions will be in the hunt to capture their third straight title. The team will be loaded from top to bottom as most of the squad has CIF state experience. Team leaders are CIF state medalists Eric Sanchez (113), Matthew Martinez (182), and Victor Jaquez (220). Bringing their expertise to the association duals include state qualifiers Christian Cabuag (113), Akhil Vega (120), Riley Siason (126), Andrew Wang (138), Alfredo Mendoza (152), Marcos Jimenez (160), Taniela Feliciano Takafua (195) and Cohle Feliciano (285).
San Diego Wrestling Association (SDWA)
San Diego Wrestling Association (SDWA) has assembled one of the toughest squads in recent memory. After placing second the past two years, SDWA will be more than ready to challenge any association and take home some bear trophies to the San Diego Area. Team Leaders for this squad include state champion Jaden Abas (145) and CIF place winners Bernie Truax (152) and Dane Martinez (220). The rest of the lineup is a mixture of young studs with lots of experience in the international style of wrestling. Those wrestlers are CIF state participants Tommy Lavigne (106), Gavin Concepcion (113), Matt Vinci (120), Benny Martinez (132), Jaden Le (138), Jayden Smith (160), Ivan Hernandez (182), Javen Jovero (182), Shane Hansen (195), and Luis Castro (285).

Leaders of the pack include CIF state medalists Jonathan Prata (113), Christian Nunez (126), Marcos Polanco (138), and Gabriel Cortez (152). Additional support should come from Justin Allred (120), Jason Valencia (132), Kevin Lee (138), Aaron Galef (145), James Cortez and David Barela at 195, and Brian Christian at 285-pounds.
